No Guarantee of Representation: Referral to an attorney does not guarantee they will accept your case. Attorneys may decline representation for various reasons including conflicts of interest, case merit, or capacity limitations.

Fees and Payments

No Cost to Users: Our referral service is provided at no cost to accident victims. You will never pay Top Crash Lawyer for attorney referrals or connections.

Attorney Fees: Any fees owed to attorneys are separate agreements between you and the attorney. We do not set, control, or collect attorney fees.

Referral Compensation: Top Crash Lawyer receives compensation from attorneys when we successfully refer clients who retain their services. This does not increase your legal fees or affect attorney selection criteria.
